Briefly about the project
The extensive work we did for John was the last stage of a very long restoration that took many, many years. The paint and body work was already completed but the car was in need of mechanical work bumper to bumper. Like many vintage Thunderbirds it was plagued with overheating problems and poor brakes. John wanted us to solve those problems and to perform some specific upgrades to complete his dream. He wanted it to stop better but also wanted air conditioning and shoulder type seat belts that didn't look tacky. He wanted a premium stereo system without hacking up the interior. His wishes were fulfilled and now owns a classic T-Bird with features and performance like none other. It is custom and unique but still hold trued to original look.
